More than anyone I know, I understand what it's like to not feel good in your clothes that insecurity, that frustration with every bite you take. In recent years I went through a weight loss journey, and I decided to create this blog to connect with those who are also going through or have already been through this process.

I share tips on workouts, lifestyle, and reviews of supplements that, while not miracle cures, make a real difference in how satisfied we feel, and how we handle appetite and food cravings.
